You all know I hate saying goodbye. But right now I’m spending my last week with team storm chasers. Next week we’ll go to debrief and get new teams, but for now I’m spending every moment treasuring these people.

Y’all taught me so much over the last four months and encouraged me to grow in so many ways. It wasn’t always easy, or pretty, or fun. But we always stuck together and made the best out of every situation.

Thank you for letting me branch out and sometimes pushing me off that branch. I really needed it. I can’t imagine doing those months without you all. Thank you for choosing our team. Thank you for choosing our squad. Thank you for choosing me. I love you with all of my heart. Let’s get on with loving each other though everything.

Here’s to team LightningChasers. We might not have officially been a team, but #pitlife bonds you. Our full time on the field has been spent together. No matter if it was living that #pitlife, all squad style, or in San José.

So here’s to the loudest, funniest, sometimes smelly, maybe slapping, always loving crew I get to call family. Thank you guys for all the lessons on community, life, joy, and love. Even though new teams are coming we’ll always be together (they literally can’t split us all up) and have that love. Thank you for loving me and letting me love you.
