It’s actually happening. With it being pushed back, and pushed back, and pushed back again there was some anticipation when we all got together. The first day of launch was filled with a weight we didn’t want to name as we went for a covid test. Lots of prayers went before and after that we would all be negative. And I’m here to tell y’all, all racers on my squad tested negative!! So now we’re sitting here at the airport at 1am waiting on a 9ish flight. We my only have one leader (I did say it was only racers right?) but we’re going. Loud noises, lights, announcements every 10min, and people looking at us like we’re insane. None of it can damper the spirits of those around me. As of noon tomorrow I can officially sign off as being in Guatemala, but for now. Excited to see what the Lord has for us in Guatemala and the following countries.
God bless you and I squad as you begin this beautiful journey. You will reach many souls for Christ! Can’t wait to hear all about it! Oxo
Prayers for protection of your awesome squad and team of young adults who are zealous to do service for our Lord. He has plans that we can’t imagine at this time for each of you! Look to him for guidance and pray for strength to endure conditions of poverty that do not mirror the worst we see in the states. As I long to have you back under our roof and wing I know you are growing in ways that will shape your future as much as the homeschool days of multiple siblings discovering life have already done! Love you more than you will ever understand! Be safe and lean on his promises!
God Bless you and keep you and your squad! I pray a hedge of protection on and around you all during this trip. Continue to follow His guidance in all that you do and say. Be a light to others in this dark and dreary world. So excited to hear from you again! Love ya mostest
